Explore > Brimham Rocks
Weird and wonderful rock formations set in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that adults and children alike will love to explore. The rocks were formed over millions of years by erosion, although earlier visitors thought they were carved by druids. Some of the formations have names, and information in the visitor's centre will help you to look out for them. There are magnificent views of the area on a clear day from the top of the rocks at 300 metres. The shop and snack kiosk are open in the summer, and school holidays. Alight at Summerbridge, from where it is a 2 mile walk.
