We'll get you there through the Northern rail strikes

Three more days of strikes are taking place across the Northern Rail network on Monday 8, Wednesday 10 and Friday 12 January.

Northern services will likely not start until after 7am on the day of the strike, and most trains will stop running before 7pm. Trains which do run are expected to be very busy, particularly around the first and last trains of the day.

But there's no need to worry! The 36 now runs every 10 mins between Leeds and Harrogate, and every 20 mins on to Ripon, so there's no need to struggle to find a seat.

That's a comfy leather seat by the way, with bags of personal space, free WiFi on board and USB charging points at every seat. A day return ticket from Harrogate to Leeds and back costs just £7.70.

And if you like what you see and want to make the switch full-time, don't forget that you can ride all week on the 36 and any of our other buses across Yorkshire and Lancashire for just £34! Buy from your driver or download our amazing new app, Transdev Go, from the App Store and Google Play store.
