Train travel getting you down? It doesn't have to be this way!04-06-2018
It's a pretty tough time to be a train commuter at the moment.
Train tickets increased in price recently by an average of 3.4% - the biggest increase in 5 years. And with frequent strikes, packed carriages and trains which simply don't turn up, it's enough to make you wonder why anybody bothers with the train in the first place.
But there's good news on the horizon. It doesn't have to be this way!
The 36 now runs every 10 mins between Harrogate and Leeds, and on to Ripon every 20 mins.
It's cheaper, too. Ride all week on any Harrogate Bus Company and Transdev bus across Yorkshire and Lancashire, into big cities including Leeds, York and Manchester for just £36 all week.
What's more, lots of our buses come with amazing features you simply won't find on the train to help make your journey to work more productive. On the 36 you'll superfast free 4G WiFi, USB power at every seat (that's a huge comfy leather seat by the way), fold-down tables upstairs and workstations with larger tables downstairs.
